What is Holiday Traveller travel insurance?
Holiday Traveller is our lower cost cover for individuals, couples and families. It’s designed for straightforward holidays and short breaks, giving you dependable protection without paying for features you may not need.
You can choose a Single Trip policy for one holiday (available up to age 80), or an Annual Multi Trip policy if you want to travel several times in a year (available up to age 70).
What does it cover?
Depending on your circumstances and the cover you choose, Holiday Traveller can help with:
- Emergency medical expenses abroad and repatriation if you are seriously ill or injured.
- Lost, stolen or damaged baggage and personal belongings.
- Costs if you need to cancel your trip or cut it short once you've started your holiday.
- Travel and accommodation disruption, including delays, cancellations and missed departures.
- Personal liability cover if you accidentally injure someone or damage their property (this may be excluded for some activities).
You can also add optional upgrades such as Gadget, Winter Sports, Golf and Rental Vehicle Excess Waiver, subject to eligibility. These allow you to shape the policy around the type of holiday you're planning.
